Q: How old do need children to be horseback riding?
A: Children can enjoy the horseback ride alone from 10 years and 8 years in the company of an adult.
Q: How old do you need drive the ATV?
A: From the age of 16 they can drive the ATV, if they are a minor from the age of 6 they will have to go in the company of an adult.
Q: Can I do the activity if I am pregnant ?
A: This activity is not recommended for por pregnant woman.
Q: How long in advance should I book my experience?
R: We recommend you book your experience with at least 1 month in anticipation to your trip since we are limited to only 10 slots pers hour.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A:The experience is designed to work under any weather. You can always confirm your experience 24 hours before by going to our Facebook page, clicking on the chat or calling us to the number that appear on the page.
Q: Can you use a video camera while doing the experience?
A: For security reasons, no video camera can be introduced at the time of performing the different activities. Easily allowed to bring belongings to the cenote.
Q: What days open and can I arrive whenever?
A: The park is open every day from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. It is necessary to have a reservation since otherwise you could not access the facilities.
